Analyst - PPD Support Team - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Looking to master your multi-tasking skills and enjoy experimenting with new tools? Come join us as we USI PPD Support team is known for its Agility, Ability to learn quickly, Flexibility and well-structured in deliberately providing diverse support services to our Audit clients through different platforms both in USI and NL in order to standardize, provide high quality and lower the workload for audit practitioners.
Nature of work: Support
- Socialize well within the team and act as a team player.
- Capability to work on various Projects.
- Independent in solving the requests.
- Actively co-ordinate with the team on a day-to-day basis for the smooth functioning of the work and supporting in meeting the service level agreements.
- Always be open and ready to take responsibility by providing helping hand in the absence of other team members.
- Understanding and working on upskilling the lacking areas.
- Recommend process improvement activities.
- Work Location: Hyderabad
- Shift Timings: 11.00 AM to 8.00 PM About the team
- The Shared Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in North South Europe region with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.
Skills Required :
- Any graduate with 0-1 years of experience in MS Tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exhibits a positive attitude.
Preferred:
- Follows standard procedures to complete less complex activities and well-defined assignments on time.
- Demonstrate consultative approach to problem solving.
- Willingness to continuously learn, upgrade skills and stay relevant to business demands.
- Organized, detail oriented, flexible, self-starter & highly motivated.
- Flexible and adapted to change.
- Excellent multi-tasking and creative problem solving.
