Responsibilities :
  • Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail.
  • Open to work in 24*7 and work from office environment
  • Analytical problem solvers who will understand issues and to resolve customer issues
  • Basic Accounting knowledge.
  • Must have an interest in Accounting, SAP, and Finance.
  • Team Player and Target Oriented Invoice Processing- Po/ Non po Payment processing and banking vendor query resolution
  • Employee expense processing
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Vendor clearing 
  • Other monthly reporting
  • Problem solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers’ issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently
  • Being proactive and show the utmost respect for customer’s time
  • Good time management, ensuring all contacts with customers add value
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Handling calls Dealing with clients for trouble shooting their queries
  • Meeting upon daily targets
  • Managing calls for various clients – Domestic / International
