About the Role:
As an Associate Analyst, you will be part of GlobalLogic's Maps team, supporting the development and maintenance of high-quality navigation and mapping solutions.
The position provides exposure to different mapping layers and services. It is particularly suitable for fresh graduates who are interested in data validation, analysis, mapping operations, troubleshooting, and non-voice processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with internal tools for data extraction, analysis, and validation.
- Support mapping activities across different map layers.
- Contribute to Local Geometry (LG) and Important Roads (IR) mapping.
- Work on Intersections & Highways (IS) mapping activities.
- Support navigation and search services.
- Troubleshoot issues using computer and internet skills.
- Maintain data accuracy and meet quality and SLA requirements.
- Handle high-volume tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Apply creative and solution-oriented problem-solving approaches.
- Accept feedback and remain flexible with rotational shifts.
- Any fresh graduate with strong communication, quick learning ability, adaptability, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Team player with attention to detail, comfortable with computers, troubleshooting, handling high-volume tasks, and receptive to feedback.

- Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days and 2 Week Offs).
