Purpose of the Role:
Process Executive /Sr process executive /Process specialist ( as per experience)
- Execute complex tasks according to established standard operating procedures within defined SLA’s.
- Based on complexity, optimally manages assigned tasks within deadlines, prioritizing and scheduling work.
- Monitor and process the batch of transactions/records with complete accuracy and to identify errors and initiate necessary corrective action.
- Demonstrates the ability to independently manage individual cases, ensuring minimal rework and consistently meeting established quality and timeline standards.
- Handle all incoming operational volume for the client. This would include account updates, account conversions, items not in good order etc.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements during the execution of transactions.
- Proficiency in Oral & written communication

- Able to present a reasoned viewpoint, synthesizing multiple perspectives and justifying key aspects to the group.
- Computer proficiency - MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook and other customized applications.

- Capital and Money Markets
- Global Custody Operations
- Nostro, CAS A/C, Transfer Agency
- Internal Accounts, Domestic Securities
- Major Asset Classes - Equities and Fixed
- Derivatives - Swaps, Options, FCC, Futures, CRS, CCS, CDS, Exotic Instruments, OTC vs. Centrally Cleared
- Event Management, Entitlements, Claims, MIS, Taxations, Notifications
- SLM adherence
- Team player
- Good communication skills
- Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail.
- Experience in using ticketing tools such as Service now, Remedy, control M will be added advantage
- Experience of resolving queries utilizing voice skill on any of VPN, Drivers, O365, driver installations, Active directory
- General support knowledge of Operating systems across various platforms and basic concepts of networking, cloud computing
- Productivity applications like Microsoft office tools.
- Open to work in 24*7 and work from office environment
- Analytical problem solvers who will understand issues and to resolve customer issues
- Problem solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers’ issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently
- Being proactive and show the utmost respect for customer’s time
- Good time management, ensuring all contacts with customers add value
