This programme provides recent graduates with a comprehensive introduction to the banking sector, combining on the job training with structured learning modules over a 12-month period. Educational Qualification :
- Applicant should have a minimum educational qualification of 12th/ Degree/ Graduation.
- Job Seeker should a good academic record with good marks percentage.
- Candidate should have a good knowledge of banking concepts.
- Candidate should have good communication skills and good computer skills.
Age Limit : 21 to 28 Years as on 01.09.2025

During the apprenticeship, you will:
- Assist in branch operations: account opening, cash handling, KYC adherence, ATM management
- Support customer service & relationship management: address customer queries, provide product information, resolve complaints
- Contribute to credit and loan processing: prepare documents, perform preliminary checks
- Engage with retail & wealth management teams: assist with product offerings and portfolio maintenance
- Maintain regulatory compliance and reporting: understand policies and norms under The Apprentices Act
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and live assignments to enhance technical and soft skills
