Infosys Off-Campus Drive 2026: will be hiring candidates from the 2024, 2025 and 2026 batch for the niche technical roles of System Engineer, Specialist Programmer (21 LPA) and Digital Specialist Engineer (6.25 LPA) through this program. Qualification : BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MCA, MSc (5-year integrated)
Salary: ₹ 9.5 to 21 LPA
Job Location: Across India
Batch : 2025, 2025 & 2026 pass-outs only
CGPA/Percentage : Simple average across all semesters

Through this initiative, we seek to identify exceptional talent for our specialized technical roles: Specialist Programmer (Trainee) and Digital Specialist Engineer (Trainee).
Our Revised Compensation Structure:
System Engineer (Trainee): INR 6.25 LPA
Specialist Programmer L3 (Trainee): INR 21 LPA
Specialist Programmer L2 (Trainee): INR 16 LPA
Specialist Programmer L1 (Trainee): INR 10 LPA + INR 1 Lakh Joining Bonus
Digital Specialist Engineer (Trainee): INR 6.25 LPA + INR 75,000 Joining Bonus
Recruitment Format:
This year’s program will be conducted on-campus through an in-person evaluation process designed to identify candidates whose technical acumen and behavioral competencies align with our AI-driven organizational vision.
Assessment Framework:
Format: A three-hour evaluation comprising programming tasks of varying levels of difficulty.

Important Notes
- Candidates should not have participated in Infosys selection processes in the last 6 months (except Systems Engineer).
- No referral bonus is applicable for this drive.
- Total Time: ~100 Minutes
- Constraint: Sectional Cutoffs apply. You cannot switch between sections or go back to previous questions.
- Reasoning Ability (15 Qs / 25 Mins): Data Sufficiency, Syllogisms, Visual Reasoning. Difficulty: High
- Mathematical Ability (10 Qs / 35 Mins): Percentages, Data Interpretation, Permutations & Combinations. Difficulty: Medium
- Verbal Ability (20 Qs / 20 Mins): Reading Comprehension, Sentence Correction. Difficulty: Medium
- Pseudocode (5 Qs / 10 Mins): Tracing logic for C/C++ loops (No compiler provided). Difficulty: High
- Puzzle Solving (4 Qs / 10 Mins): Logical and visual puzzles. Difficulty: Medium
- For SE Role: Basics of OOPs (Java/Python), SQL queries, and explaining your Final Year Project.
- For SP/DSE Role: Expect live coding on a shared screen (LeetCode Medium/Hard level), questions on Trees, Graphs, and System Design basics.
- A check on your communication skills, willingness to relocate to Mysore for training, and stability.
- For Aptitude: Focus on Data Interpretation and Syllogisms. These are high-weightage areas.
- For Pseudocode: Practice tracing for loops, increments (i++ vs ++i), and recursion on paper. You won’t have a compiler to help you!
- For Interview: Know your resume inside out. If you mentioned a project, be ready to draw its architecture.
