Job Description
- Responsibilities Client Delivery Enable large enterprises to successfully leverage the emerging cloud ecosystem for business advantage
- Develop enterprise cloud strategy Build business case for migrating to cloud Assess , analyze current footprint (compute, storage, network and applications) and develop cloud migration roadmap
- Apply business and technical knowledge and customer insights to create application and or infrastructure modernization roadmaps
- Sales support Support business acquisition in cloud advisory and cloud migration/operations business through developing solutions, presentations and client interactions
- Practice development Support practice enhance capabilities by developing methodologies, training, authoring white papers, mentoring of team members, contributing to the center of expertise
- Qualifications This position is ideally suited for someone who has business justified, planned, architected and led a successful cloud migration at enterprise scale and now wants to take that experience to multiple clients
- Candidate must have demonstrated experience of consulting (and /or) managing cloud migrations for large Fortune 100 company Possesses strong business analysis skills and experience, including development of business vision/business case and cloud strategies
- Overall 10-20 years of work experience in IT, majority of which should be in infrastructure or application solution-ing including cloud Has exposure to one or more Cloud assessment and discovery tools Prefer to have at least one Cloud Certification Understand cloud models, digital transformation theory
- Understand economics of movement to cloud Knowledge on various cloud platforms eg AWS, Azure, Google and others Knowledge on various cloud assessment methodologies and discovery tools (eg Azure Migrate)
- Strong presentation skills aimed at aligning technical solutions with business value Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Experience in working in globally distributed teams
