Job Description :
- We are seeking a dedicated Team Lead-SW with 3 to 4 years of experience in customer service and domain expertise in PV Med Rev - Agg Safety reports. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and implementation of safety reports ensuring compliance with industry standards and contributing to the overall success of our pharmacovigilance and safety operations.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the team in developing and implementing PV Med Rev
- Agg Safety reports.
- Oversee the customer service processes to ensure high-quality support and satisfaction.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members in the creation of safety reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all safety reporting activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of safety operations.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to safety reports and customer service processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in safety reporting.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of safety reports.
- Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on the latest industry trends and regulations.
- Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
- Contribute to the overall success of the companys pharmacovigilance and safety operations by ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
- Possess a strong background in customer service with a focus on technical support.
