Job Description :
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, with an emphasis on video conferencing technologies, Telepresence and Call Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- In depth technology understanding of network data / voice / unified communication product line
- Experience with the creation, review and management of technical and process documentation
- ITIL framework experience and application of best practices in a professional environment (certification a plus)
- Strong experience with Telepresence and Video Conferencing

- Strong experience with Telepresence endpoints, Cisco Infrastructure including CUCM 10, VCS, Cisco Telepresence End Points including MX 200, MX300, MX 700, MX800, C60, SX80 and DX80.
- Understanding of commonly used video communication standards/protocols: SIP, TIP, H.323
- Experience translating between technical and non-technical lexicon (i.e. acting as an intermediary between technical resources and users/management and/or other potentially non-technical stakeholders)
- Experience & working knowledge of at-least one programming language along with Python.
- Experience with Incident/Problem Management systems (Service Now, Remedy, Service Now etc.) and processes.
- Experience with the creation, review and management of technical and process documentation.
- Communicates effectively with team and stakeholders to gain shared understanding of strategic requirements.
- General knowledge of enterprise computing and server infrastructure: Virtual Machines, SQL Database, Server based applications
- Knowledge of Splunk and Cloud Technologies
- Working knowledge of standard corporate applications: Microsoft product suite, SharePoint
- Participate in Team Talent evaluation; assist management in performing performance appraisals
- Self-motivated team player, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Validate the Methods of Procedure for all changes and implement them.
- Providing input to support model documentation inclusive of network diagrams & run books.
- Excellent ability to multi-task several audio visual projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Excellent relationship management skills.

- Experience working with culturally diverse teams / vendors across a global geographic footprint.
