- 1-3 years experience in Technical Support Engineer
- Experience in test coverage analysis and writing test cases from business requirements
- Experience in mobile applications testing would be given preference
- Will have to work from Zoho Chennai office depending on business needs.
Job Description :
- Zoho is looking for manual software testers for our immediate requirements.
- The testing is done on Android/iOS/Mac/Windows native applications for a particular Zoho web service.
Responsibilities :
- Learn new products from different Business units in our portfolio
- Work closely with cross-functional service teams
- Create and execute comprehensive test plans based on requirements
- Ability to convert end-to-end user scenarios to test cases and execute them to uncover bugs
- The document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization
- Track and report testing activities like test results, test case coverage, required resources, defects metrics, and performance baselines
