Infosys Off-Campus Drive 2026: will be hiring candidates from the 2024 and 2025 batch for the niche technical roles of Specialist Programmer (21 LPA) and Digital Specialist Engineer (6.25 LPA) through this program. The detailed eligibility and application process are given below.

Job Role : Specialist Programmer (Trainee)
Qualification : BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MCA, MSc (5-year integrated)
Salary: ₹ 9.5 to 21 LPA
Job Location: Across India
Batch : 2025 pass-outs only
CGPA/Percentage : Simple average across all semesters

Through this initiative, we seek to identify exceptional talent for our specialized technical roles: Specialist Programmer (Trainee) and Digital Specialist Engineer (Trainee).
Our Revised Compensation Structure:
Specialist Programmer L3 (Trainee): INR 21 LPA
Specialist Programmer L2 (Trainee): INR 16 LPA
Specialist Programmer L1 (Trainee): INR 10 LPA + INR 1 Lakh Joining Bonus
Digital Specialist Engineer (Trainee): INR 6.25 LPA + INR 75,000 Joining Bonus
Recruitment Format:
This year’s program will be conducted on-campus through an in-person evaluation process designed to identify candidates whose technical acumen and behavioral competencies align with our AI-driven organizational vision.
Assessment Framework:
Format: A three-hour evaluation comprising programming tasks of varying levels of difficulty.

BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MCA, MSc (Integrated course – 5 years), MSc (Mathematics)

Academic Requirements: As per attached criteria Graduating Batch: 2026
Note: Students with Systems Engineer (Trainee) offers will also be considered.
Important Notes
- Candidates should not have participated in Infosys selection processes in the last 6 months (except Systems Engineer).
- No referral bonus is applicable for this drive.
