Products & Systems Engineer
Job Description:
  • This role involves the development and application of engineering practice and knowledge in the creation and assurance of products and solutions across engineering disciplines.
  • Includes defining the fundamental concepts and properties of an engineered system or product, creatively determining a product’s physical form, function and performance, and the assurance of safety, reliability, availability and maintainability.
  • Also addresses the through life support and evolution of systems and products, via provision and support of documentation and information assets, assessment of whole lifecycle environmental impact against environmental regulations and policies, and incorporation of renewable energy sources and clean technologies into product and system design
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Focus on Systems Engineering and Product Design.

Test Automation Engineer:
Job Description - Grade Specific
As a Test QA Automation Engineer, you are required to have experience working on different automation tools such as UFT and Selenium. In addition to developing and executing automation scripts, you are also expected to resolve technical issues wrt automation, provide input to improve effectiveness. You are also expected to mentor junior engineers.

Job Description
  • As Test Automation Engineer, you are involved in the automated verification and validation of products made by engineers in a development process. 
  • Your technical and professional knowledge of Test Automation, programming, test environments and methodologies is solid. 
  • With your knowledge and experience with one or more test tools and test techniques, you can independently design and execute test automation solutions. 
  • You follow the latest developments in your field and you know what is going on.
Junior Data Engineer:
As a Junior Data Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on integrating and optimizing data workflows using Cognite Data Fusion and Python, thereby facilitating seamless data accessibility and analysis across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Pipeline Development: Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and transforming large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
  • Data Integration: Utilize Cognite Data Fusion to automate and scale the contextualization of various data sources, ensuring efficient data integration and accessibility.
  • Programming: Develop robust ETL processes and data workflows using Python, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Implement data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, workflows, and system architectures
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Familiarity with data integration platforms
  • Understanding of data modelling, database design, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience with SQL and working with relational databases.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques (Grafana is a plus).
