Recruitment process

Your application, step by step:

Step 1 – The application process

  • Once you’ve found the job you’d like to apply for on our website, it’s time to think about your application!
  • The whole process only takes few minutes. You just need to provide the information requested, such as your name, contact details, your latest CV, and, if you wish, a cover letter (this is optional).

Step 2 – Screening & position mapping

  • Application screening: Upon submitting your application, our team will review it to understand your qualifications and experience better. If further clarification is needed, we may reach out to you for a brief discussion.
  • Position mapping: Based on the review, we will assess how your skills align with our open positions and inform you about the next steps, including potential interview scheduling.

Step 3 – The interview process

  • HR screening invitation: You will receive an email or a follow-up call inviting you for an HR Screening, which is the initial step in our interview process.
  • HR screening format: The screening can be conducted via a video call or a phone interview, depending on the preference and availability.
  • Assessments: At this stage, you may be required to complete proctored online technical and language assessments, where applicable.
  • Technical interview scheduling: We will check your availability for a technical interview, which can be either through video or in person. Depending on the position, one or two technical interviews may be conducted.

• Please note that video interviews may be recorded as part of our hiring policy.

• Consent will be requested before the video interview in compliance with GDPR guidelines.

  • HR behavioral interview: Following a successful technical evaluation, a formal HR behavioral interview will be scheduled, aligning with our selection criteria.
  • Documentation: You will then be asked to access your candidate portal to submit all necessary details and documents, moving forward to the next steps of the recruitment process.
  • Compensation discussion: Once all validations are complete, the recruiter will arrange a meeting to discuss compensation and benefits.
  • Offer of employment: With the necessary documentation in place, the recruiter will extend a formal offer of employment.
  • Offer acceptance: To proceed, you must formally accept the offer through the candidate portal.

Step 4 – Onboarding & placement

  • Background verification: Upon acceptance, the background verification process begins. You may need to provide additional details or documents to complete this step and move on to the onboarding process.
  • Onboarding communication: The recruiter and/or the recruitment engagement team will maintain communication with you throughout the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.
