Job Description For Zoho Off Campus Drive 2023 :
- The Selected candidate will act as a bridge between the technical support engineer and the Developer.
- Excellent communication, analytical and logical thinking and must have programming bent as well.
- The role will involve you to debug the issue which wasn’t reported or hardly reported in the testing environment.
- Should be able to fix issues with proper understanding of the code and move further it to the deployment team.
- This role will require you to wear multiple hats.
- Willing to work in night shifts – rotational basis.
- Ability to understand the core business concepts and respond accordingly.
