About PhonePe :
PhonePe is India’s leading digital payments platform with over 280 million registered users. Using PhonePe, users can send and receive money, recharge mobile, DTH, data cards, pay at stores, make utility payments, buy gold, and make investments. PhonePe went live for customers in August 2016 and was the first non-banking UPI app and offered money transfer to individuals and merchants, recharges and bill payments to begin with. Job Description:
- PhonePe is hiring for Graduate Trainee.
- The incumbent is expected to grasp the underlying processes and data flows.
- Should be able to analyse and work on the errors.
Ideal Candidate should have :
- Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Technical capabilities: Excel and Scripting Language.
- Understanding Insurance would be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities :
The Role :
- You will be involved in automating the processes and MISs.
- You will need to collaborate with different teams, external partners and vendors to ensure a smooth flow of transactions and processing of reverse feeds.
- You will be responsible for defining, developing and communicating key metrics and business trends to partner and management teams.
