Job Summary
- Work closely with the Sales, Customer Success, Product, Integrations Support, Tech Support and other teams to support their business operation requests to drive merchants and Razorpay outcomes
- Support the sales team while onboarding a new merchant by managing configurations on internal and external systems and work closely with internal teams such as Activations and Operations Team for other onboarding and configuration processes
- Coordinate with other teams like Banking, Finance, Support, Integration and Tech for identifying a solution and resolving merchant queries
- Own end-to-end communication with the merchant and support in solving queries such as creating manual order reports, reconciling orders, tracking payment statuses etc.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience with Freshdesk tool
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to drive customer centricity in the team
- Quick learner who can navigate through a dynamic ecosystem
