Job Description:

We're looking for a Application Support and Monitoring Engineer (Dynatrace & ServiceNow Specialist) who doesn't just monitor issues-but drives them to resolution with speed and accuracy.

Your Role:
  • Monitor applications and infrastructure using Dynatrace dashboards
  • Own incident lifecycle via ServiceNow—logging, tracking, and resolution
  • Perform incident triage, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
  • Manage P1/P2 incidents, including bridge call coordination
  • Support post deployment validation and application health checks
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams for faster issue resolution
  • Act as L1/L2 escalation point for high severity incidents
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions for recurring issues
  • Document runbooks, procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement
Your Stack:
  • Dynatrace (APM, monitoring, log analysis, observability)
  • ServiceNow (Incident & Ticket Management)
  • Monitoring dashboards, alerting, KPI/SLI/SLO tracking
  • Basic understanding of production support tools and environments
Your Edge:
  • Exposure to enterprise grade monitoring and incident management
