Educational Qualification :
Candidates should complete B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engineering) Degree in Mechanical/ Production/ Industrial/Automobile Engineering with minimum 60% marks for S category (and candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC (NCL)/ PWD applying against unreserved category and 50% marks for reserved category recognized by AICTE from a University
Experience (as on 01.05.2020): Candidates should have post qualification experience of minimum 8 years
Maximum Age Limit (as on 01.05.2020): 38 years
Note : Reservation/ relaxation/ concessions to EWS/ SC/ ST/ OBC (NCL)/ PWD/ Ex-SM/ J&K Domicile would be provided as per extant Govt. order.
RITES Recruitment Selection Process for Manager :
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on the written test
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview.
- The candidates have the option to appear for interview either in Hindi or English.
- The written test will be conducted at 6 different locations across India.
- Based upon the performance in the Written Test, and fulfilling the conditions of eligibility; candidates shall be shortlisted for Interview.
The weight age distribution of various parameters of the selection shall be as under :
Experience – 5%
Written Test – 60%
Interview – 35%
(Technical & Professional proficiency – 25 %; Personality Communication & Competency – 10%) Total – 100
Test centres for Written Test : Delhi/Gurgaon, Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Nagpur
