- Work on the conceptualization and creation of compelling designs
- Collaborate with the team to maintain design consistency and meet timelines
- Creating poster adapts for the website & mobile application, seat layouts for live events etc.
Skills Required:
- The candidate should have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work, which demonstrates a passion for graphics, conceptual thinking, typography & illustrative design
- Strong folio including graphics & illustration based work, conceptual thinking, understanding of layouts & usage of colours, good sense of typography and design

Internship Duration: 6 Months
Your Profile:
- Identify opportunities to collaborate with state governments, cultural departments, and tourism boards for live music and cultural events across India and adjoining countries.
- Build and nurture relationships with bureaucrats, government officers, and funding agencies.
- Draft and present proposals, concept notes, decks/presentations and business cases for funding and opportunities.
- Arrange for state specific grant application processes and track relevant government schemes and incentives.
- Ensure all necessary documentation, compliance, and reporting requirements are fulfilled as per Government and Board requests
- Manage timelines and deliverables associated with state funding for Live Entertainment.
- Own the P&L for assigned events or partnerships along with relevant business development point of contacts to ensure targets are being met.
- Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to create budgets, forecast revenue, and control costs along with Business, Project and Production teams.
- Ensure maximum profitability without compromising on creative or production quality as per BMSLive standards.
- Liaise with BMSLIve artist managers, booking agents, and talent agencies to facilitate talent acquisition for events with required governments.
- Ensure artists’ requirements, hospitality, and production expectations are met in line with budget and brand objectives.
- Coordinate with legal, marketing, production, brand solutions and creative teams to deliver fully integrated events with government bodies.
- Manage MOUs, contracts, and partnership agreements in consultation with the legal team.
Your Checklist
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience with major festivals, concerts, or state-sponsored events.
- Knowledge of government cultural schemes and policy frameworks in India.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- You will either be working with our Product Designers & Managers to improve the design and implementation of our existing products, build an entirely new line of products, or even writing the underlying library that powers our stadium seat layouts. We're open to figuring out the right fit based on your skillset
- Own the entire product experience as you will be the one delivering the final product to the consumer
- Work with multiple teams to continuously improve the existing processes and/or implement new ones to improve the CI/CD pipeline
