Job Description:
As part of the Neighbor Solutions team, you’ll support customers with device setup, troubleshooting and technical issues. Your day will involve handling voice interactions, resolving complex problems and ensuring devices work seamlessly. You'll also collaborate with internal teams to document and escalate issues, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Provide prompt and detailed support to customers via calls Troubleshoot complex technical issues and offer effective solutions Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve problems Build strong product knowledge and offer advanced troubleshooting Act as the customer’s advocate, identifying issues and suggesting improvements Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality, consistent service
- Device Setup: Assist customers with initial configuration of phones, tablets, or consumer tech products.
- Issue Diagnosis: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and device connectivity problems via voice or chat.
- Network Support: Resolve basic Wi-Fi, internet connection, and router setup issues.
- System Navigation: Operate multiple internal databases and CRM tools to research customer histories.
- Ticket Escalation: Document complex bugs and forward unresolved issues to advanced engineering teams.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or active college enrollment.
- Experience: Minimum one year in customer service.
- Typing Speed: 30 WPM voice, 32 WPM chat.
- Soft Skills: Active listening, communication, and problem-solving.
- Tech Skills: Consumer tech interest, device troubleshooting experience.
- Network Skills: Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi networks.
- Availability: Flexible schedule for evenings and weekends.
