Job Description:
- Infosys BPM is Hiring Only Computer Science Freshers For Bangalore Location.
- Shifts: Flexible to any shifts (24/7, Rotational shifts and only Work from office).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelors BSC in Computer Science, BCA/MCA, BE Or B.Tech only with Computer Science Background.
- Only Computer Science Background (Fresher).
Skills Required:
- Excellent comprehension skills.
- Good communication (Written and oral) skills.
- Good knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PPT).
- Flexible to work in shifts and 24/7 support.
- Basic Knowledge in Information Security.
Job Responsibilities:
- Working on the incidents received though internal system.
- Ensure the Key Performance Indicators/SLAs set by clients are achieved.
- Should be pro-active enough to understand the key responsibilities.
- Conduct internal quality checks and audits.
