Job Description:
The External Graduate role at HPE is an entry-level, full-time position in the Services division, targeted at fresh graduates ready to begin their professional journey. As an External Graduate, you will work on customer solutions, data analysis, cloud services, and cross-functional projects under the mentorship of senior HPE professionals. This is a remote (work-from-home) role offering flexibility while connecting you directly with global teams and cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Solutions Support: Assist in designing and delivering solutions that meet customer requirements, contributing to HPE’s service delivery across key accounts.
- Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data to support business decisions, project planning, and reporting for your assigned team or client.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside colleagues from different functions including engineering, sales, and consulting teams to drive seamless project delivery.
- Commercial Acumen Application: Understand business priorities, customer needs, and commercial drivers to support account management and growth planning activities.
