Job Description
  • Responsible for complete ownership of the project from requirement to delivery.
  • Achieve results within the approved project schedules, estimated costs /efforts and quality plan.
  • Ensure Test Systems and accessories are available and all are in working state to facilitate team to perform the tests without affecting their schedule. Should able to handle dynamic testing requirements of the customer.
  • Co-ordinate with the Architects/Sr. Team Members, Process Responsible, Process Assistant and the team to implement the new changes on the test specification and rolling out for the all the customer projects.
  • Regular communication to the Superior on the project status, escalations, risk etc.
  • Improve the process and productivity of the team.
  • Validation of SW on Open Loop Lab Car and LCPT
  • Development of test – specification at SW/System level for the Power Train System – ECU, VCU s/w
  • Derive strategy for Test environment (HiL and SiL systems ) verification and validation.
  • Derive Strategy for Continuous Testing with HIL and SIL systems
  • Derive Qualification process for HiL and SiL systems
  • Applications of new Technology like Data analytics, ML, AI in Testing Methods
  • Automated tests, Manual tests
  • Execution of tests
  • Test Specification Preparation
  • Delivery management
  • Participation in Technical reviews
  • Regular Interaction with customer for status update
