Job Description :
We are looking for someone with deep understanding and ability to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA. Solving queries related to cash application and coordinating with customer
Responsibilities:
- Understand fundamentals of data preparation/data modelling necessary for visualization purposes.
- Gather reporting requirements from various stakeholders, architect the solution/report, Understand/analyze the source data and deliver the reports in timely manner
- Strong expertise in Designing intuitive and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI for data driven decisions.
- Performance Monitoring, fine-tuning and optimization of dashboards
- Knowledge on connecting to multiple data sources through Power BI is required.
- Handle the issues/request reported through various ticketing tool within agreed SLA’s
- Should handle Voice and Non-Voice tickets simultaneously.
- Responsible for executive leadership and Board members IT support.
- Advanced understanding of technology hardware, including desktop computers, laptops, tablets, printers, projectors, and scanners.
- Troubleshoots and resolves minor wireless, network, switch, or printer issues; escalates major issues (wireless, network, etc.) to information technology (IT) infrastructure technical teams
- Working knowledge of PC/LAN application software including Office 365 and Internet browsers (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari)
- Set up and configure computer systems.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong domain knowledge and technical orientation.
- Knowledge of OS, MDM and Office Issues.
Preferred qualifications:
- Customer Service and Problem-Solving attitude.
- Good communications skills in English.
- Should be able to deliver on tight timelines.
- Knowledge of ERP systems like Oracle, Oracle Fusion or SAP is a plus
- Ideal industry experience includes heavy manufacturing, industrial engineering.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision in the cross-cultural environment.
