Job Description:
In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
  • As a Application developer at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company
  • directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering
  • highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various
  • tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise
  • to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients’ business environment and achieve business result.
Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Prepare technical solution and architecture of AEP implementation and interaction with existing eco system.Design integration with Adobe Marketing Cloud products (AEM, Campaign, Target, Analytics etc) and industry leading CRM systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamic CRM. Model XDM Schemas and identity graph management
  • Participate in reviews with the Architecture Review Board and help in developing Poc. Design the segmentation and channel activation flows.Design data ingestion leveraging AEP Web SDK
  • Design Journey Optimization flows and Customer Journey Analytics dashboards
  • Define deployment strategy and roll out check lists
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Excellent understanding of Adobe Experience Platform. 2+ years of experience in AEP Web SDK. 5+ years of Data Modelling experience, Strong communication & written skills. Should be able to communicate technical issues from business perspective to non-technical persons. Strong Data Modelling skills. Experience on Journey Optimization
  • Experience in importing data to AEP, Exporting segments to 3rd party application. Strong knowledge in industry leading cloud platforms like AWS, Azure etc. Strong knowledge of open source message technologies like Kafka
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, engineering, or prior experience in software development systems
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Experience with TDD and familiarity with testing frameworks, ideally Cypress, Selenium and PACT.
  • Exposure to mobile development via React Native an advantage.
  • GitHub portfolio an advantage.
