- All graduate will be considered eligible. B.Sc. (IT / Maths / CS), BCA, B. Tech (any field) will be preferred. MBA and other Post-Graduate candidates are also eligible for the Fresher Hiring Program.
- Candidates should have scored 55% or above marks in Graduation and Year of graduation could be any.
- The above positions are for all the residents of Lucknow and Barabanki only.
- Note: All candidates should have an updated resume, photographs and govt id proof for residence.
- Post-Graduates will be eligible only based on their graduation degree.
- Valid Address Proof List (Applicable Documents – Minimum 6 months old)

Fresher candidates selected, will undergo a fee-based training program offered by HCL Training & Staffing Services (HCL TSS). The blended training program includes classroom training - domain knowledge & soft skills and on-the-job training for sharpening practical skillset of the candidates. HCL TSS is the official sourcing and staffing arm of HCL Technologies. Candidates who successfully complete the training program will be placed with HCL Technologies with assured job in IT Network Helpdesk or BSERV domains for global clients.
