Job Requirements:
We are seeking passionate and high-potential fresh graduates from premium institutes to join our advanced analytics and Agentic AI innovation team.
- Open Role: AI and Data Science Role
- Location: PAN India
- Batch: 2026
- Institutions: IITs, NITs, IIITs, DTU, BITS Pilani, NSUT
- CTC: 10LPA or 18LPA (depending upon repertoire/relevant experience)
- Experience in developing LLM solutions (chatbots, summarization, recommendations) on cloud like Azure / GCP.
- Implement RAG architectures and prompt engineering.
- Project exposure in LLM integrations as well as systems like Microsoft AI Foundry, Azure AI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar ecosystems is preferred.
- Agentic AI knowledge and experience in multi agentic POC/production implementations.
- Proven experience in ROI calculation of penetrating into Infrastructure operations and create a compelling.

Selection Process
The recruitment process will be conduct online through Microsoft Teams and includes:
- An 8-hour virtual hackathon
- Two coding/innovation sprints
- A technical interview based on your hackathon performance
