Job Description:
- Posses Excellent Verbal & Excellent Communication Skills
- Be a Team Player with strong Interpersonal Skills
- Should have basic knowledge about ISP / Smart Phones / Laptop / Monitor / CPU
- Flexible to work in Rotational shifts 24*7
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
- Ensure proper Documentation and closure of all issues
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
