We are currently seeking a Support Engineer (L1 Support) to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Key Responsibilities:
As a Support Engineer (L1 Support), selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of production systems and providing first-level technical support. Key duties include:
- Supporting production environments that use technologies such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and Power BI (PBI).
- Working in a 24×7 support environment with rotational shifts as required.
- Continuously monitoring production data pipelines and system performance.
- Performing initial troubleshooting, incident analysis, and severity assessment.
- Following established runbooks and recovery procedures to resolve issues efficiently.
- Keeping incident records updated and maintaining clear communication through support tickets and status reports.
- Escalating complex or unresolved issues to the Level 2 support team along with relevant diagnostic information.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this opportunity, candidates should meet the following requirement:
- Hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in a relevant engineering or technology discipline.
