As an Artificial Intelligence Analyst – Insight and Intelligence, you will be a vital part of the Knowledge-AI team. Your primary focus will be the deployment and delivery of existing AI assets while continuously innovating to meet market demands. This role is designed for those who have a passion for Software Engineering and advanced AI techniques.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- AI Solution Development: Building enterprise-grade AI solutions across multiple domains to reduce turnaround time and improve business efficiency.
- Feature Enhancement: Adding new features and handling change requests based on evolving market demands by leveraging latest technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with business experts, researchers, and platform engineers to deliver creative and innovative solutions.
- Agile Delivery: Working within an Agile development setup, ensuring timely flagging of concerns and meeting leadership objectives.
- Quality Control: Implementing best practices in quality control, including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Stress/Performance Testing.
- Documentation & Presentation: Maintaining high standards of documentation and utilizing storytelling skills to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Advanced AI: Knowledge of Deep Learning, GenAI, Large Language Models (LLM), and Prompt Engineering.
- DevOps & Cloud: Understanding of Cloud Technologies and DevOps practices for AI deployment.
- Database Management: Good understanding of both SQL and No-SQL databases.
- Soft Skills: Ability to perform under pressure, handle disputes, and establish strong client relationships.
- Domain Knowledge: Passion for staying current with emerging technologies in the AI/ML landscape.
