Job Description
KPMG is hiring Analysts to support various aspects of the Talent Acquisition (TA) processes. The role holder will need strong communication and stakeholder management skills and will be expected to maintain a high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail with client policies and regulatory requirements.
Roles & responsibilities
- General candidate support for Talent Acquisition teams including travel assistance, event support, candidate expense reimbursement, and administrative support of our virtual events.
- Provide support for various recruiting related processes including job postings, candidate tracking, compliance review and offer processing.
- Generate HR/recruiting-related reports and provide data analysis as needed.
- Oversee the inquiry mailbox and accurately complete requests within agreed SLA
- Communicate with stakeholders(internal and external) and onshore team members/leadership team, throughout all processes
- Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to implement
- Ability to follow standard processes and identify and report any potential issues, understanding when to escalate
- Ensure all requirements are adhered to through compliance with all appropriate policies and procedures.
- When applicable create and update SOPs
Mandatory technical & functional skills
- MS Office suite including Outlook and Advanced Excel
- IT literate, proven experience of working with multiple systems
- Proficient data Skills and business tools to create reports
Preferred technical & functional skills
- Experience of working in an operational environment
- Experience of effective relationship management
- Has worked successfully in a target and data driven environment
