Job Description
Role Designation- Consultant/ Senior Consultant
Responsibilities-
- Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas.
- Design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.,
- Lead small projects.,
- Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.,
- Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.,
- 5-9 years of experience in Sales force development and implementations Skills with good command on Apex, controllers and extensions, triggers, batch processes and APIs.,
- Experience in developing custom, responsive UI using Visual Force Pages, Visual Force Components along with Controllers and JavaScript/jQuery/Bootstrap.,
- Thorough understanding on the Life Cycle of Development including Sales force Deployment/Packaging effectively using Metadata API, Change Set and Ant.,
- Expertise in using REST API's, SOAP Web services, S-controls, SOQL, SOSL.,
- Experience in Process Automation, Security configuration, Data Model creation, Reports and Dashboards creation, Communities and Force.com Sites, Single Sign On.,
- End-to-End functional awareness of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.,
- Knowledge of Development/Coding standards and best Practices in VF/Apex and governor limits.,
- Basic Knowledge of Marketing Cloud, Lightning Framework and Lightning Design System are preferred.,
- Ability to guide a medium-sized team of developers.,
- Should be experienced in translating functional requirements and business rules into technology solutions and develop a technical strategy.,
- Good knowledge of Waterfall and Agile implementation methodologies.,
- Customer orientation and customer facing skills.,
