Qualification: BE / BTech / BSc (CS/Electronics/MIS/Related)

Experience Levels for Full Stack Developer I
FedEx categorizes the Developer I role based on relevant work experience in front-end and back-end application design:
Associate: Prior experience not required (Ideal for Freshers).
Standard I: Two years of experience.
Standard II: Three years of experience.
Senior I: Four years of experience.
Senior II: Five years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Advisors to define solution designs and break down epics into capability features.
- Write and implement scalable, resilient, and high-performing code and microservices.
- Ensure the quality, performance, and security of developed solutions.
- Drive code reviews, providing constructive feedback and enforcing best practices.
- Participate in all layers of the development lifecycle: design, code, test, and deploy.
- Maintain technical documentation and demo content for stakeholders.
- Act as a mentor for junior developers, ensuring knowledge transfer across the team.
- Support CI/CD activities and facilitate cross-team communication in large development efforts.
Skills & Eligibility
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, MIS, or related fields.
- Technical: Understanding of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Preferred Tech: Exposure to Java/Spring Boot, Angular, or .Net Core.
- Tools: Familiarity with Git and basic SQL (Oracle or SQL Server).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
- Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Attributes: Ability to work in an agile environment (SAFe Agile awareness is a plus).
