Job Overview
This role is part of Hexaware’s Business Process Services (BPS) division — specifically serving international voice customer support functions. The position involves working with customers in overseas markets over voice channels (typically inbound and sometimes blended calls).
Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service by handling customer inquiries over voice channels.
- Interact with customers to resolve questions, issues, and complaints professionally.
- Use sales techniques where required to support sales/retention efforts or to meet process targets.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process orders and requests accurately within organizational standards.
- Be disciplined and target-oriented, working toward defined quality and performance metrics.
- This role often involves interaction with customers in international markets where English proficiency and service orientation are critical.

Communication Skills
