Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and businesses through market research and targeted outreach
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and builds a robust sales pipeline
- Engage with prospects to understand their hosting needs and present Jio hoster’s solutions effectively
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and achieve revenue targets
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify up-selling opportunities
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any concerns
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market dynamics
- Provide insights and feedback to the management team for continuous improvement of our products and services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, evaluate performance and make data driven recommendations
- Salary/Pay and Grade Pay – For business development associate post, the fixed salary package will be Rs 12 LPA approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Familiarity with the hosting industry and technical concepts is a plus
