Job Description:
We are looking for an insightful, detail-oriented analyst to work with our internal departments and management team as they collect and review data and use findings to optimize processes and develop stronger, more effective business strategies. Finding data sources, mining, reviewing, validating, protecting, and storing data, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies, and using the results to develop strategies to lower costs, enhance procedures and practices, and boost efficiency, quality, security, and consistency will all be accomplished by the analyst using both technical expertise and creativity.
Analysts use computer systems and numerical data to find patterns, provide business insights, and assist businesses in streamlining operations, cutting expenses, and developing business plans. These professionals may specialize in a certain aspect of business and their titles may vary to reflect their focus.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation in any discipline (Mandatory)
- 2025 & 2026 graduates can apply (Candidates awaiting final certificates but having results can also apply)
- C1 level proficiency in English
- Strong written communication and email drafting skills
- Ability to effectively manage and communicate with UK stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information.
- Using data to develop and optimize strategies and processes, increase profits, efficiency, quality, or security, and reduce costs.
- Working with internal departments to collect data and develop and implement strategies.
- Identifying and validating new data sources.
- Creating reports and presentations to summarize findings and influence company decisions.
- Working with the management team to establish project objectives, budgets, and timelines, monitor progress, and evaluate performance.
- Implementing policies and procedures that keep company data and information secure as it is collected, analyzed, stored, and discarded.
Skills and Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Tech Mahindra Off Campus Drive 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or related field.
- More education, certifications, or other distinctions are a plus.
- Experience or specialization may be required.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office and analytics software, mastery of certain programming languages may be required.
- Ability to recognize patterns and trends in large data sets and use numerical information to develop business strategies.
- Strong math, organization, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
- Exceptional presentation, research, and verbal and written communication.
- Ability to summarize and explain complex information to other.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- OS Knowledge: Windows 7, 8.1, 10, and smartphone OS.
- Microsoft Tools: Office 365, Exchange Client configuration.
- Networking: LAN setup, basic routing/switching, and passive networking.
- ITSM Tools: Experience on HPSM, BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, or CA Service Desk.
Competencies:
- High level of Communication Skills (International Voice/Chat).
- Flexibility to work in a 24*7 environment is mandatory.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and Incident Management.
