Job Overview
Applicants should have exposure to ERP tools such as SAP, PeopleSoft, or Oracle, along with strong Excel skills — this is a mandatory requirement for the role. Good attention to detail and comfort with repetitive data tasks are equally important. Prior experience in data migration or working with large datasets will give candidates an edge. Candidates must also be willing to work the UK shift (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST) and report to office three days a week under a hybrid model.
- Exposure to ERP tools such as SAP, PeopleSoft, or Oracle
- Strong Excel skills (mandatory)
- Good attention to detail and data accuracy
- Prior experience with data migration or large datasets is an advantage
- Banking or finance domain knowledge preferred
- Willingness to work UK Shift (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST)
- Ability to work in hybrid mode – 3 days work from office per week
- Work on a live SAP implementation project in the BFSI domain
- Collaborate with global teams on ERP data operations and system updates
- Handle data reconciliation and support ERP readiness tasks
- Gain hands-on experience across SAP, PeopleSoft, and Oracle environments
- Support data migration, data entry, and reconciliation across systems
- Update SAP/PeopleSoft with new projects and handle data fallouts
- Assist with manual data uploads for S4/HANA readiness
- Validate and maintain project and assignment data
- Provide general admin and data support during SAP implementation
