Software Engineer
What you'll do:- You will work closely with Business and development team to understand the requirements, design, architecture and develop software, working closely with senior leads and business team.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Scheduling Lead to oversee the Workforce Planning scheduling team in a high-volume call center environment supporting over 3,000 agents. The Scheduling Lead will manage a team of Scheduling Analysts, drive the development and optimization of agent schedules, and ensure alignment with operational goals to meet service level commitments. This role requires advanced expertise in workforce management tools (NICE IEX, Quick Base, Excel, Power BI), strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to strategize and implement process improvements to enhance scheduling efficiency. The Scheduling Lead will collaborate with the Schedule Planning Lead and Associate Support Lead within the department, as well as other cross-functional stakeholders, to provide strategic staffing recommendations and ensure the team’s performance aligns with organizational objectives.
What you'll do:
Drives the continuous improvement of workforce planning programs and processes by developing methodologies to report program and process performance; reporting key trends and compliance risks; analyzing new and historical performance data to determine root cause of issues; recommending and presenting remedies and solutions regarding compliance issues and risks; and working with senior management to finalize and implement solutions.

What you'll bring:
