Job Description:
- RHEL Linux Unix Broad knowledge and skilled in Linux OS environments. Detail knowledge of RHEL 5,6 & 7 OS version.
- Experience in Satellite server patching
- Install RHEL 7.x with RMD standard build specs on bare metal hosts
- Facilitate New system onboarding (DNS, CMDB, syslog, monitoring, ops handoff) changes for new hosts
- Experience of ERP Disaster Recover implementation [RecoverPoint for VMs, SRM, support for DataGuard implementation]
- Experience of decommissioning of the servers, Add/delete the printers are per requirements on Dev environment
- Expertise in system administration practices and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with virtualization VMware
- Basic idea of network security firewall and system hardening. Familiar with redundant bonded network, and VLAN configurations.
- Expertise in file system management & LVM
- Knowledge on tools such as SNOW, PRTG Good written and verbal communication in English Familiar with ITIL process
