Job Description:
- Material order management, SYSTEMS EVALAUATION & ANALYSIS
- Feedback Engineer will be responsible for understanding and interpreting the components of elevator systems, understand the issue related to it’s performance and provide workable resolution to the end user.
- This position interfaces with other Engineering groups, Field Engineers, and Suppliers to provide world class customer support
- Location: Chennai
- POC: Freddy Sahai
Responsibilities:
- Interpret engineering drawings and other technical documents
- Be able to identify correct elevator material that is required
- Follow up with suppliers, factories for material ordered and escalate appropriately
- Handle Feedbacks without delays
- Achieve and exceed set targets (Performance, Quality)
- Meet metrics for safety, sustainability, quality, delivery and cost as a general function of the role
- Possess the ability to closely follow instructions and pre-established procedures/SOP to perform the functions of the job required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Mechatronics or B.Tech/ B.E - Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronics
- Candidates from Manufacturing background with an Elevator experience will be preferred
- 0 - 2 years of experience in Manufacturing space
TOP REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Knowledge of Elevator maintenance equipment
- Excellent knowledge of technical systems
- In-depth knowledge of mechanics, signalization and electronics
- Read and interpret elevator drawings - Ability to read and understand electrical and electronic diagrams, plans and drawings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for End User and Engineer to diagnose the issue and recommend resolution
- Ability to build rapport quickly with people
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- IT literate- preferably with experience using Microsoft Office (Outllook, MS Word, Excel,)
- Possess the ability to work well within a team environment while demonstrating the ability to make decision
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening and Time management ability
