Job Description:
We are seeking a Jr. Online Analyst - CM with 0 to 1 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and domain experience in ISV and Hi-Tech industries. This role requires working from the office with rotational shifts. Proficiency in English is essential for this position. The candidate will play a crucial role in data analysis and reporting contributing to the companys strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze online data to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions.
- Utilize MS Excel to create detailed reports and dashboards for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data management systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits.
- Support the implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis practices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.
- Handle ad-hoc data analysis requests from various departments.
- Work in rotational shifts to provide continuous support and ensure timely delivery of reports.
- Possess strong proficiency in MS Excel including advanced functions and data visualization techniques.
- Have domain experience in ISV and Hi-Tech industries understanding their specific data needs.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit strong communication skills both written and verbal in English.
- Show attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Excel Certification
