SONY Internship Program Details:
Job Profile: Speech Generation Intern
Degree Required: PhD/BE/BTech/MTech/MSc
Batch Eligible: Any Batch
Experience Required: Freshers/Experienced
Work Location: Remote, Bangalore/Mumbai
Key responsibility:
- Together with the research scientists or other team members, work on the basic development activities on a daily basis, participate in speech generation related research topics of the project like development of High quality Controllable Text-to-Speech and Emotional Voice Cloning Systems for Indian languages.
Work Location:
- Remote/Bangalore/Mumbai
Duration:
- 6 months starting March first week of 2024.
- 9:00 to 18:00 (Monday to Friday) fulltime
Essential Education / Qualifications / Experience
- Ph.D. or Master from Computer Science background or Bachelor with hands-on experience in Generative models with applications audio/speech.
Must-Have Skills:
- Expertise in Pytorch
- Prior experience in developing text-to-speech for Indian languages
- Knowledge of the state-of-the-arts in Text-to-Speech, Voice Cloning
- Knowledge of AI generative mode
Good to have skills:
- Prior experience or understanding of Generative AI-based concepts such as, Diffusion Models/LLM, etc.
