Junior Accountant
Mandatory Skills :
- Invoice Processing and EDI
- Processing all kind of invoices like PO, Non PO and Credit and Debit Note
- Three way and Two-way matching of invoices and error handling
- Interacting with the client/internal people query and resolve it
- Preparing Report on daily basis like daily report
- Follow-ups to finish the pending documents for payment
Pre-requisites :
- Good experience in handling invoices in SAP/Oracle or any ERP
- Good knowledge on accounting concepts

Sales and Application Engineer - Marine
What you will do?
As a Marine application engineer of Volvo Penta India, you will be responsible for supporting marine sales department with all technical and application issues. Working with a dedicated team, you’ll be responsible for developing application skills of dealer technicians and supporting customers with installation support. You will also play a crucial role in application training and technical discussion with customers, boat builders, shipyards, OEMs, dealerships and operators necessitates close collaboration with colleagues worldwide.
- You should possess degree BE/B TECH in Mechanical / Automobile Engg / Electrical with a 6 to 10 years of work experience in Automobile and engine related field, marine industry related experience would be an added advantage.
- Proficient written and spoken English
- Proficient computer skills like windows, email, internet browsing
- Diesel engine knowledge & experience preferred
- Basic electronic control system knowledge preferred.
- Marine industry and stationary equipment market knowledge preferred.
- Willingness to travel domestic and overseas.
Primary Job Functions:
- Application and Technical evaluation, check the customer technical specifications
- Provide technical support to sales / OEMs / sales dealers
- Installation inspection / supervise and commissioning / installation evaluation
- Dealers / key OEMs competence development.
- Impart technical training to dealers, boat builders and end users.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in Project preparation in technical & application support aspects.
- Communication with customers & dealers in technical aspect.
- Draft technical documents for projects.
- Involve in technical discussion with customers.
- Participate engine selection & try-out for projects.
- Draft technical scope of supply with OEMs.
- Customer and dealer technical training (application).
- Support customers / dealers after the project released.
- Engine commissioning & installation audit.
- Participate in application seminars and educate internal team and dealers.
Job Activities:
- Technical negotiation with OEM and make a technical scope in line with engine specifications
- Technical support to related parties- sales / dealers/customers etc.
- Follow the on-going projects, such as documents and drawings folder making
- Evaluate the potential projects and technical advice
- Installation check and technical evaluation.
- Dealer / key customer competence Development Plan
