System Analyst
In one sentence
Acts as a liaison among stakeholders, communicate and implements recommended solutions in the relevant domains and practices.
What will your job look like?
- You will be responsible to evaluate and recommend a configuration that maximizes software capabilities.
- You will be expected to gather the requirements and analyze client needs and gaps
- During the Construct phase of a project, you will prepare documents and specifications that describe the configuration changes
- You will be responsible to configure the solution using relevant tools or system applications based on the solution definition and customer requirements.
- You will also be in involved in the creation, execution and maintenance of detailed and accurate test plans.
- You will support the preparation of functional and technical training.
- You will support the resolution of configuration/ implementation-related issues if and when they arise.
- You will support configuration solution during a project's lifecycle (development, testing, post production)
All you need is...
- A university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent Engineering degree
- Hands on experience in configuring SuccessFactors Onboarding2.0, Employee Central and Story reports.
Extra Credit:
Understanding of Integration between SuccessFactors to SAP and other systems will be an added advantage.

System Admin
- You will build and maintain virtualized and physical server environments across the enterprise.
- You will troubleshoot and resolve operating system and server-related issues, collaborating with other infrastructure teams as needed.
- You will support and maintain workloads in public cloud environments, primarily AWS and Azure
- You will apply optimization techniques to improve system performance and maintain a business impact assessment framework to prioritize recovery during failures.
- You should have an automation-first mindset to streamline operational tasks and reduce manual effort.
- You will define and implement standards for operating systems, servers, and virtualized infrastructure.
- You will also be expected to evaluate new technologies to meet business needs or to solve business problems.
- You will manage and lead Root Cause Analysis, Lessons Learned and prevention processes to provide high standard deliverables that ensure SLA compliance and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- You will create and maintain clear documentation for systems, processes, and configurations to ensure operational continuity and knowledge transfer.
- You will be able to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- B.A/B.Sc. in computer science / Electronics / IT.
- 3-8 years of experience in a system administration or similar role
- Strong Linux administration skills are essential
- Proficient in scripting languages such as bash, PowerShell or python
- Proficient with VMware virtualization technologies.
- Experience with hardware administration including physical servers and enclosures
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Jenkins
- Experience managing cloud environments, primarily AWS and Azure
- Knowledge of container and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Open shift
- Basic understanding of Storage Area Networks and good network fundamentals.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. RHEL, CKA, AWS, Azure, VMware) are desirable but not mandatory
- You will be working on market leading software for the telecommunications industry.
