Associate System Engineer:
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As a Software Developer you'll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support. You will create software that enables your clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys.
You'll have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, ensuring the applications delivered are high performing, highly available, responsive, and maintainable.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Analytical Problem-Solving and Solution Enhancement: Analyze, validate and propose improvements to existing failures, with the support of the architect and technical leader.
- Comprehensive Engagement Across Process Phases: Involvement in every step of the process, from design, development, testing release changes and troubleshoot where necessary, providing a great customer service.
- Strategic Stakeholder Engagement and Innovative Coding Solutions: Drive key discussions with your stakeholders and analyze the current landscape for opportunities to operate and code creative solutions.
Required technical and professional expertise
- Programming (preferably in Java, C++, Python, Node.js).
- Software Development Life Cycle Concepts
- No active backlogs.
- This is an entry level Off-Campus hiring position and the candidates must have obtained their degree before the start of employment with IBM.
- Year of Pass out should be 2025 only.
- BE / BTech Computer Science (all CS batches like CSE, AIML , DS , Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics, CSBS , IOT , Robotics, AI , Cybersecurity, Blockchain to name a few) and Information Technology related branches with 6 CGPA/60%.
- Fluent Communication skills (written and spoken).
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Engineering Background, Problem Solving.

Data Scientist
Hands-on Experience with AI/ML technologies and statistical modelling through coursework, projects, or past internships or full-time positions. Participation in AI/Data-related summits will be an added advantage ( eg. Kaggle/Hackathons)
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving the adoption of emerging technologies to optimize and automate various business functions, keeping an AI-first approach with a digital experience.
- Enable best in class IT with enhanced cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive information and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Modernizing legacy systems and integrating disparate applications to improve interoperability and reduce technical debt.
- Collaborating with other departments and teams to align technology efforts with broader corporate objectives.
- Providing guidance and expertise on technology trends, best practices, and standards.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for performing data analysis and developing machine learning models.
- Experience and/or coursework in statistics, machine learning, generative and traditional AI.
- Knowledge of common machine learning algorithms and frameworks: linear regression, decision trees, random forests, gradient boosting (e.g., XGBoost, LightGBM), neural networks, and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and data processing frameworks.
- Understanding of large language models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming.
- Experience and/or coursework with common Python libraries used by data scientists (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.)
- Knowledge of APIs, Docker, Flask, or model serving technologies
- Experience with tools like Jupyter, Git, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud)

Application Developer-Cloud FullStack
Your role and responsibilities
Developer leads the cloud application development/deployment. A developer responsibility is to lead the execution of a project by working with a senior level resource on assigned development/deployment activities and design, build, and maintain cloud environments focusing on uptime, access, control, and network security using automation and configuration management tools.
Required technical and professional expertise
Hands on Experience on Java 8 or Java 11,with JAVA (Spring, Spring boot, Vert.x, RxJava, Angular Strong knowledge in, APIs, Microservices, CI/CD, Jenkins ,GIT Hub,. Hands on experience in using Microservices Architecture with exposure to Design Patterns, JUNIT Testing, Hibernate, SQL. Good to Have; AngularJS and Reactive Programming
