Overview:
This Role Is an Individual Contributor Responsible for On-Site Installation, Maintenance and Repair of IBM and Multi-Vendor Systems and Components, Including Hardware, Networking Products, Software and Operating Systems. They are the Primary Technical Interface to Customers for the Coordination of Hardware and/or Software Support and Delivery of Technical Services as Required by the Customer. They are Accountable to Ensure A High Level of Customer Satisfaction with Service Delivery, Technical Support and Operational Services for the Customer Account(S). When Critical Situations Occur, they are the IBM Technical Interface to Customers and manage the situation until the problem is fixed.

You’ll be the technical resource and point person interacting with clients, vendors, and senior management, to identify and resolve complex technical problems. Your role and responsibilities:
As a Data Engineer specializing in Google's data platforms, you will design, build, and maintain data engineering solutions on Google's Cloud ecosystem. This role requires expertise in utilizing various Google services for batch and real-time data pipelines, data migration, and data layer design.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or chat, troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
- System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain hardware, peripherals, and software applications.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose technical problems, apply fixes, and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests, actions taken, and system configurations in a ticketing system.
- User Training: Guide users on new technologies, software applications, and best practices.
- Monitoring: Monitor network health and system performance to ensure uptime.
Required technical and professional expertise
- Degree: B.E/B.Tech
- Branch: Electronics / Electronics & Communications / Information Technology
