Role Purpose
Wipro Ltd. is looking for a Associate (Customer Service) role for our Insurance Business into a International Blended Campaign.
- Maintains quality service by enforcing quality standards, analyzing and resolving client's problems, and recommending system improvements
- Maintain productivity targets
- Ensure all the emails are responded within time
- Timely completion of the task, ongoing quality service delivery of the task assigned.
- Complying to all Data Security and Code of Conduct standards
- Carrying out data entry and rule based entry for processes and performing simple process calculations
- Make outbound calls to client/ stakeholders with the defined call tree
- Maintain the defined Voice Quality and standards
͏Accuracy:
- Ensuring that data and information entered into systems or databases are accurate and error-free.
Timeliness:
- Completing assigned tasks within the designated timeframe and meeting deadlines.
Compliance:
- Adhering to the policies, procedures, and regulations related to data processing.

Education Eligibility: Graduates in B.com, BBA, BA, BCA, BHM, B.Sc. and 3-year degree courses except Stats, Maths and Eco Hons, Freshers and candidates with relevant BPO experience eligible (Maximum 2.5 years of relevant experience can be considered.
- Full-time MBA, BE, B Tech graduates with minimum 6 months of relevant experience can only apply
- MBA Freshers and Btech Freshers are not eligible
- Locations and Shifts: Gurugram UK Shifts – Day Shifts for 5 Days a week with 2 fixed offs (Saturday and Sunday)
